Presenting the Opata Estate Silver Jubilee Oolong, a stately tea made for the first time in 2013 to celebrate the 25th year since pioneering Ceylon Teamaker and Dilmah Founder Merrill J. Fernando first launched his Dilmah Tea. This tea is made with the tender bud of the Camelia sinensis through a process of teamaking that is different to the normal method.
