The Dilmah Real High Tea Challenge Australia 2015 will be commencing again in 2015. Open to Australian culinary and hospitality professionals with a passion for tea and inventive gastronomy to craft the ultimate 21st century Real High Tea.

The national winners will be rewarded with a 7-day trip to beautiful Sri Lanka – the land of tea and home of Dilmah.

As well, the top national winner will fly back to Sri Lanka to take on the national winners from the rest of the world at the Dilmah Real High Tea Global Challenge in May 2016.
